Glasgow is just 30 minutes drive from Troon and with a crossing time to Belfast of as little as 2 hours 30 minutes , the route offers outstanding convenience to all motorists and especially to day trippers. Troon is also an ideal option for travellers from Carlisle, via the A/M74.

The SeaCat catamarans, with a top speed of 42 knots are faster than conventional ships and carry between 430 and 600 passengers and 80 cars. No freight is carried so loading times are quicker.
